These terms govern your use of noventrastudio.com and all Noventra Studio products.
Subscriptions, licenses & auto-renewal
Some products offer recurring subscriptions and/or one-time licenses. Recurring plans automatically renew at the end of each period (weekly or monthly, depending on the plan you choose) until you cancel. The exact price and renewal date for your plan are shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay. One-time licenses are charged once and do not renew.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription anytime from the product's account menu → Manage subscription → Cancel (this opens the Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake, charged after canceling, or are not satisfied, email support@noventrastudio.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Acceptable use
Use our products lawfully and as intended. Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the service, and do not use it to process unlawful content.
Disclaimer & liability
Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noventra Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
