Privacy Policy

This policy applies to noventrastudio.com and to all Noventra Studio products: our browser extensions, desktop and web apps, and automations (“our products”). It explains what we collect and why.
Local-first by design
Our products are built to process your content locally on your device wherever possible. Where a product edits, converts or otherwise works on your documents or content, that work happens on your device and your files are not uploaded. Where a specific feature needs to send data off your device, that product discloses it in-app at the point of use. We never sell your data.
What we collect across our products
- An anonymous install/device token generated by each product, used to associate your plan or license with your installation. No name or email is required to use free features.
- Your email address, only if you choose to sign in (with Google or an email code), used solely to sync your subscription/license across devices and to send sign-in codes and account notices.
- Subscription or license status and a Stripe customer reference, so we can verify your access.
- Usage and diagnostic logs (installs, sign-ins, payments, plan changes, feature usage, errors) and your IP address, for operating the service and preventing abuse. IP-bearing logs are kept about 90 days, then deleted or aggregated.
- If you contact us or submit a form on our website, the details you provide (e.g. name, email, message), used to respond and provide support.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Service providers
We use a small set of processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure). They process data only to provide these services.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not include third-party advertising or tracking in our extensions.
- We do not retain the contents of documents or content processed locally; we never receive them.
Your choices and rights
- Use only the free, on-device features and nothing leaves your machine.
- Cancel a subscription anytime from the product's “Manage subscription” link (Stripe Customer Portal).
- Request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing us.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
